The Hogue EX-F03 is a light-weight necking knife, designed by knife maker Allen Elishewitz. The knife is made of 154CM steel and has a stone-washed finish. The end of the handle there is hole with a piece of knotted rope through it. By the shape of the handle the weight is kept low, which is ideal for a neck knife. It also allows you to wrap a paracord around the handle. For a neck knife is the knife pretty big in size. While it still can be a bit inconvenient when you have large hands, the handle does offer plenty of grip. Also the blade with an edge of 5.5 cm is comfortable to use.

The Hogue EX-F03 comes with a Kydex sheath. The knife can fit in the sheath in two ways. You do not have to check if you put the knife in correctly since it will always fit.
